Take medium size five onions and slice the onions into small pieces. Chopping the onion totally depends upon you. You can slice the onion on any size. You obviously don’t want to bit the onion in ever spoon of the biryani so it’s better to slice the onion into small pieces.

Step 3

Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves and chopped onion in the pan. Cook it in the medium flame so that you don’t burn the mixture.

Step 4

When the onion turns brown, add chopped tomatoes. You can use four to five chopped tomatoes. If you are using medium size then chopping four tomatoes will be enough and if you are using small ones, you can use five tomatoes.

Step 5

Now it’s time to use Century biryani masala. You can use three to four tablespoons of Century biryani masala depending upon your taste.

Step 6

Mix the mixture very well.

Step 7

Next, you need to add marinated chicken to the mixture. Ensure that you mix the marinated chicken very well with the mixture.

Step 8

Add a bunch of coriander leaves and mint leaves. These leaves are essential to give you a flavor.

Step 9

Again mix all the masalas and add salt in it. You have already added salt in the chicken so when you add salt in this mixture, you can just put few pinches of salt depending upon your taste.

Step 10

You will need 1 liter dilute coconut milk to prepare chicken biryani. Pour the coconut milk to the chicken and mix the masala very well.

Step 11

Check if the chicken is prepared accurately or not. If you think that chicken is lacking any ingredient you can add more to it.

Step 12
